Motor Dimensions

Phoenix motors are 75 mm wide, extending 100 mm up the fork from the axle. Weight is 23.5 pounds laced to the rim. All our motors fit a standard 100mm bike dropout for front, 135mm for rear.

RoadRunner motors are 75 mm wide, extending 65 mm up the fork from the axle. Weight is 15.5 pounds laced to the rim. All our motors fit a standard 100mm bike dropout for front, 135mm for rear.

Sparrow motors are 90 mm wide, extending 65 mm up the fork from the axle. Weight is 15.5 pounds laced to the rim. All our motors fit a standard 100mm bike dropout for front, 135mm for rear.

Rear Motors

This is a threaded hub, 135mm wide. The thread fits a standard bicycle freewheel found on single-speed through 7-speed sprocket sets.

A Shimano 7-speed freewheel is included with rear motor kits. Low gear is 28 teeth; high gear is 14 teeth.

Sparrow is a wider motor and is supplied with a 5-speed freewheel.
