We will crate and freight your new Phoenix Paratrooper with
everything installed, programmed, and Ready-to-Ride. The
Paratrooper in the picture above is a 7240 Phoenix II Cruiser with our lithium
batteries installed in a way that allows the rider to fold the frame in
seconds. Top
speed - 45mph!
It used to be that if you wanted a cost effective, yet
seriously powerful system, you had to purchase a Phoenix II conversion kit and
install the system yourself.....but it was worth it! We've had so many requests
to produce a complete bike that we began searching a few years ago for the
"perfect" electric bike frame. The first frame that came to mind was
the Montague Paratrooper, as we are very familiar with the Paratrooper frame and
its capabilities from the TidalForce bikes. However, to be sure there was
nothing better out there, we searched for a couple years, and even considered
manufacturing our own frames. When trying to determine what features and
components we would put on a frame we manufactured, we realized it already
existed.......so back we came to the Montague Paratrooper!
The Montague Paratrooper seems a perfect
match for any Phoenix II system. Its patented folding design was developed
to allow airborne soldiers to drop out of airplanes and helicopters into combat.
The Paratrooper offers advanced features with 24 speeds, front and rear
mechanical disc brakes.. Known for its durability and load bearing capabilities,
this folding bike has also developed a following with everyday commuters and
weekend warriors.
Those who remember TidalForce probably
recognize this frame.....ElectricRider is not the first to have deemed the
Paratrooper fit for high speeds. When TidalForce "disappeared",
ElectricRider was their largest U.S. distributor. TidalForce was 1000W, and was
the only 1000W complete bike we knew of back then. With a price tag of $3200,
they were certainly the most advanced. While we were sad to see them
go, timing was never better to launch Phoenix to take their place, especially
being three times more powerful at up to 3000W! Ever since,
we've had a vision of our Phoenix on that Paratrooper frame, and 6 years later
that vision has become a reality! The Phoenix Paratrooper can travel up to 45mph
with no pedaling, they are not toys. Phoenix was created to replace gas vehicles, not bicycles.
Riders MUST practice safe riding habits and we strongly encourage taking a
motorcycle safety course before taking your new Phoenix Paratrooper out for a
ride. The Phoenix II Paratrooper is closer to a motorcycle than a bicycle, so
the same rules and safe riding habits apply. Always wear a D.O.T. approved
helmet, and never push or exceed your personal limits......same as a motorcycle.
