ElectricRider designs and assembles lithium batteries in the US.
ElectricRider can customize batteries for an endless list of applications. Just a few projects we have designed lithium batteries for include robots made by Google, railroad test equipment, electric lawn mowers by Briggs & Stratton, and all types of light electric vehicles. We design batteries for various colleges who compete in the Shell Eco-Marathon each year. We offer free design services using CAD, and can help companies determine what battery is best for their project, and the best way to build it. We make CAD drawings for all custom or prototype batteries which can be sent to the customer for approval before building. Our goal is to take all the battery work off you so you can focus on the rest of your project. Our engineers and battery designers are experts at what they do, and will set your next project up for success!
We spent years testing other manufacturers' batteries before finally deciding if we wanted it done right, we'd have to do it ourselves. We demand quality from our suppliers, and our very detailed building processes assure a quality final product. A BMS is installed on every battery for safety, and every battery tested at a higher C rate than the application requires.
No project is too big or too small, whether we're building a single battery for an electric bike, or hundreds of lithium batteries for robots. If you need a lithium battery for any application or project, but don't know what's best or even where to start, call or write ElectricRider and we'll take care of the rest!
